FROM CORPORATE BOARDROOM TO FAMILY BUSINESS BeeConnect was born from a question that changed everything:
“If you were to die tomorrow, would you be happy and content with the life you’ve lived?”
For our founder Dale, the answer was uncomfortable. Despite a successful career being headhunted into board level positions at major payment companies, something was missing. She was chasing share prices, navigating corporate politics, and watching decisions that didn’t align with her values.
Then Covid hit, giving her the rare gift of time to stop and truly think about what mattered.
Dale’s career began at Orange, where company values weren’t just words on a wall – they were lived every day. Those formative years taught her that businesses could do well while doing the right thing. That values and profitability weren’t enemies, but partners.
Throughout her journey through sales and leadership roles, she carried a dream: to create a business that simply did the right thing. One that cared. One that treated customers and employees the way they deserved to be treated.
In 2019, that dream became BeeConnect – built on a simple premise: people and relationships first.
